IN House Solicitor 5+ PQE - Large Training and Security Organisation - Swansea/Cardiff (Travel to Both Offices)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in house Solicitor to become part of an international business with offices across the globe. You'll work as part of a small team in Wales with exposure to contracts, data protection, compliance/GDPR/Employment / safe guarding matters.
The Role:
The successful Solicitor will be tasked with managing a varied workload of legal matters for the business. Your role would be to become a trusted adviser to business leaders and you would spend time in the practice alongside client facing teams to really understand business needs.
The successful Commercial Solicitor:
The organisation is looking for a Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. Those with experience from private practice or from another in-house environment will be considered. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships and the capability to influence negotiations in an innovative business environment.
