Job Details
A new opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor due to strategic growth plans at this well run, multi-site practice based just outside central Cardiff.
They are a friendly and well respected, full-service firm operating from modern premises close to transport links. A medium sized property team deals with a good mix of commercial transactions; often on behalf of household name clients.
You will work closely with the partner gaining ongoing training and support, as well as other senior members of the team with a strong reputation for property transactions.
The ideal commercial property solicitor will be:
- A qualified solicitor NQ-1 PQE and confident running their own commercial property files.
- Had a seat in commercial property during training.
- Experience dealing with the Regional market is a distinct advantage but not essential
