The Residential New Build Team has a new opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or FILEx to join their friendly, collegiate team to conduct the legal conveyancing of new build transactions, purchases and assignments of contracts and assist with linked sales and remortgages.

There is a support team of legal assistants who manage the plot sales and completions.
