They are seeking a Corporate Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE to join their head office in Exeter.

You will already have some experience of working in a corporate or commercial team, either as a trainee or newly qualified lawyer, and will want to progress your career in corporate finance, financial services and / or energy and renewables. You will be able to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service.

The Corporate team boasts several highly-rated Lawyers and is consistently ranked in the Top Tier for corporate finance in the South West in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guides to the legal profession. The team acts for several very well-known clients advising on MBOs, mergers and acquisitions, MBIs, restructuring and private equity. You will deal with a broad range of the highest quality work.
