Salary negotiable dependant on experience
My client is a well-established firm situated in the heart of Wigan. They have a widespread and diverse client base and offer a personal touch for all clients. Due to the firm's recent expansion they are looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or fee earner who has experience in Family Law and Wills and Probate law to join their team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years PQE as the core caseload will involve working on privately funded Children arrangements, Divorce and Finances. You will also be managing a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts including Personal Injury trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate.
It is essential that you posses rounded client skills and you must be able to empathise with a wide range of clients in order to resolve the most sensitive and complicated practicalities involved in these areas of law. You will be a qualified and practising Solicitor Legal Executive or a fee earner with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
