We are looking for a newly qualified Family lawyer up to 3 years,  to assist with an extremely busy caseload. The candidate must have a passion for helping those most vulnerable. The successful candidate will  be able to work under pressure and ensure those suffering from domestic abuse are protected with speed and efficiency. They will have proven experience in representing parents in public law applications. We also undertake private law children work.

The work is exciting and rewarding and there are prospects of partnership for the right candidate.  Salary band is £25,000- £35,000.

We are also looking for a Family law solicitor post 3 years qualified to undertake public law work, injunction work, private children work.  The successful candidate will be able to carry a busy case load, will enjoy advocacy and have a passion for helping those most vulnerable in society.  This candidate will preferably have panel membership. The Salary band is £36,000 - £45,000.

We are a Cheltenham/Whitney based firm and our local courts are Gloucester, Bristol and Oxford.
