This is an ideal opening at a strongly performing firm in Cwmbran for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to deal directly with client matters concerning residential property.

  • Liaising with clients to chase up documentation
  • Verifying client identification
  • Issuing documentation to the other sides’ solicitors
  • Use of case management systems
  • Creating conveyancing packs for clients
  • Requesting searches
  • Contacting clients to discuss exchange and completion dates
The Candidate
  • Conveyancer or paralegal with at least 1 years’ experience
  • Experience using case management systems
  • Accurate and fast typing speed
  • Excellent client care skills
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage a time-pressured workload and action tasks to a high standard
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously and productively under supervision
