Errington Legal are recruiting for a Solicitor/Associate, to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team, based in either of their regional offices, with occasional travel to other locations and offices.
The successful candidate will be a senior Employment lawyer with a good understanding of company law and a well-developed or progressing knowledge of employment tax law. You should also have a good understanding of income tax and capital gains tax application to employee incentives and/or trust law.
The ideal candidate will have excellent drafting, technical and communication skills and will be confident in advising clients directly, providing timely and practical legal advice on often complex, technical areas of law. You will be expected to lead on your own matters with appropriate support and supervision and will also have the opportunity to provide support on more complex matters led by senior fee earners.
You will be expected to play a strong role in business development, including public speaking. This role offers real career progression and the opportunity to develop within a supportive team.
