The Role

Because the firm is growing, they're looking for a Senior Private Client Solicitor in their Cardiff, South Wales office.

This role sits within an expert team, housing 1 Partner, 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 2 Paralegals plus administration staff.

The teams are split within the department into two divisions, and this role is to lead/head the 'Lifetime Planning' aspect of the team - Tax planning, multi-jurisdictional, cross-border work, more complex wills & trusts, high-end HNW and UHNW.

As such, the role entails handling extremely high-quality work, not high volume.

Requirements:

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor
• STEP qualified
• ACTAPS would be great but is not required. Tax qualifications are welcomed.
