Leading UK Law firm wishes to recruit a newly qualified Property Lawyer (either Residential or Commercial) to work alongside a Partner.

Their commercial property department is ranked Top ranked Chambers UK 2018 and Top Tier Legal 500 2017.  Providing a service which covers all aspects of the construction and property industry - development and investment, planning, secured lending, landlord and tenant, agricultural and residential.  They have developed a reputation for having one of the best regarded and largest dedicated property teams within any firm outside London, numbering over 70 specialists.

The team have extensive combined experience in dealing with:

Conditional and unconditional acquisitions and disposals

Affordable housing - planning matters

Portfolio acquisitions and disposals

Option agreements and strategic land planning

Consortium/collaboration agreements 

Overage arrangements

Mixed Site assembly and development

City/town regeneration schemes

Contentious and non-contentious construction work

Licensed property work

Secured lending

Site regeneration for both the public and private sectors

The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Solicitor that wishes to work in the Utilities team (Commercial Property / Power / Utility provider clients). It is Commercial Property, but someone with a good Residential background could transfer as the work is high volume and quite process driven.
