An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500 law firm who have offices across the county and who have an impeccable reputation with an extensive portfolio of personal and corporate clients.

You will be joining an outstanding commercial property team who have an in-depth knowledge in all areas of commercial property and who go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service to their clients. You will contribute to the growth and development of the team/department and firm.

Responsibilities:

• As the Commercial Property Solicitor, you will deal with the full range of commercial property matters, including:-
• Undertaking the sale and purchase of all commercial properties
• Acquisition and disposal of property and land
• Acting for clients which may include landlords and tenants, developers, investor clients and banks
• Generate new business and promote the firm's brand

Requirements:

• You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE but all applicants are encouraged to apply if you meet the relevant criteria
• Possess commercial and financial awareness
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• IT literate and competent in the use of case management systems
• Excellent business generation skills
