An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a Legal 500, Lexcel accredited and multi-office law firm who are one of East of England's oldest and fastest growing law firms. They have developed a large client following as a result of both longevity and quality of service.

You will be joining a busy commercial property team who have been regarded consistently as one of the leading commercial property teams in the region. They offer pragmatic and practical advice, with a view to ensuring that their clients are able to take well informed commercial decisions. They believe that it is this philosophy that has led to the continued growth of the team and a record of client retention that they are very proud of.

Responsibilities:

• As the Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:
• General commercial property work
• Retail landlord and tenant
• Commercial mortgage work
• Development work
• Freehold acquisitions for owner occupiers
• Networking to sustain business development

Requirements:

• You will ideally be a solicitor with 1 - 3 years PQE, predominantly in commercial property, although relevant experience will be considered over PQE
• Experience of landlord and tenant matters, development site acquisitions and disposals and security for lenders
