Job Details
A senior level position has come up within one of the regions strongest residential property teams who are looking to appoint a head of department.
The successful candidate for this position will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with upwards of 5 years PQE working within residential conveyancing. It is likely that you will be able to demonstrate experience of working within senior level positions in your current or previous roles and will have experience in managing a team.
Working closely with the directors of the firm you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running and continued success of the conveyancing department. You will aim to ensure that all clients receive a high level of service and KPIs and service level agreements are consistently met. You will be responsible for the continued development of the department and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory obligations.
You will be a key point of contact for referrers of work to the firm so you must be able to maintain and develop relationships to ensure that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
