This is an exciting opportunity to join a Lexcel accredited firm in Peterborough and manage its conveyancing team using commercially astute strategies to further cement the stellar reputation of this residential property department.

The Candidate
  • Solicitor or partner with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in residential property
  • Demonstrable experience of managing staff
  • Business development skills including marketing and networking
  • Ability to formulate new strategies to build on a department’s success
  • Excellent client care skills
