Job Details
You will be joining team that is known for the high quality service they provide to clients. As the Residential Conveyancer, you will be handling a broad caseload of all aspects of residential property including sales, purchases, transfer of equity, lease extensions and remortgages from initial instruction through to completion.
To apply for this conveyancing fee earner role, you must have at least 2 years' current/recent experience in residential conveyancing with a track record in handling your own busy caseload.
You will have a proactive approach, be client-focused and keen to build your contacts in the local area. Both qualified (conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer, CILEx) and non-qualified candidates will be considered for this role.
