Delighted to be working with a well established and respected private practice in Brynmawr. Due to continued expansion, they are keen to add a new Legal Secretary to support Solicitors in their Family and Residential Property teams.

Known for having a loyal and therefore well established team, this outstanding local firm have clients across Wales and England, and are known for a high quality and personal service.

Based in a convenient location with good access to the wider South Wales area to include Cardiff, Newport and valley areas. The office benefits from available parking, a modern well equipped working environment and the support of a highly established senior team


Your main duties responsibilities as a Legal Secretary will be;

* Answering telephone calls and dealing with Client enquiries
* Taking accurate and detailed telephone notes
* Dictation / Audio typing
* Handling incoming mail and other material as directed
* Collating information
* Preparing Bundles
* Maintaining Case Management System
* Communicating with Clients and third parties, both verbally and in written correspondence
* Chasing evidence collection
* Using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers etc

This opportunity would suit a confident Legal Secretary with experience of working in Family or Residential Property, local to, or within reasonable commute of Brynmawr and Ebbw Vale.
