The role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-recognised, Legal 500 practice based in Guildford.

You will be a senior figure in the Commercial department undertaking a mixed caseload of contractual work, IP / IT matters, sales and purchases of businesses and much more. You will be spearheading the growth of this department giving the right candidate the opportunity to not only develop their career further, but also the practice making this is a truly unique, yet exciting opportunity.

You will be working alongside some of the regions heaviest hitting commercial lawyers, not only taking advantage of a very busy department / commercial caseload, but also driving the department forwards to be industry leading.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
• You will ideally have a track record in business development, and you will be commercially minded, the latter being more important
• You will have a strong technical knowledge of Commercial Law
