The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer (3+ PQE) to join their flourishing team in their Tunbridge Wells office, Kent.

The firm's Corporate Commercial department is widely recognized as one of the best, dealing with a range of issues and providing advice and support to clients, providing services including agency agreements, Distribution and supply agreements, Terms and conditions of business, Collaboration agreements, procurement and outsourcing, service level agreements, software licenses, E-commerce agreements, manufacturing agreements, Franchise agreements, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements.

Your work will be varied and very interesting, high value and involve work across contractual, commercial and trading issues, with the possibility to also cover IP and Data Protection. You will be working alongside legal 500 ranked lawyers and partners not only giving you unrivalled caseload exposure, but also giving you the opportunity to progress through the ranks to partner.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Lawyer (3+ PQE)
• Any exposure to IP, Data Protection or IT Law would be advantageous
• You will work well as a team
• You will have excellent communication skills
