Job Details
A Legal 500 firm in Cardiff are looking to expand their Banking and Finance Department. They are recognised as a leading banking and finance team in the regional market and are rated highly in this practice area in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
The team acts for many regional, national and international lenders and borrowers on all of their funding requirements, from commercial property funding to large scale corporate refinancing.
The main purpose of the role is to advise to banks, financial institutions and borrowers on acquisition and investment financing, refinancing, preparation of certificates/reports on title; and perfection of security at Land Registry and Companies House.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ - 2 years PQE) with a background in property law, who is looking to specialise in, or has experience of, real estate finance transactions.
The salary advertised is a guide only and is dependent on experience. The firm also offer a competitive benefits package.
