Job Details
The firm has an established team of 4 headed by leading partners and act for manufacturing, technology and logistics companies in the local area and nationally.
You should have experience of commercial contracts, M&A matters, corporate finance shareholder agreements and general commercial advice.
The firm will expect you to play an active role in marketing and business development, and you can expect excellent ongoing support and development.
