Job Details

A top 100 firm based in the heart of Cardiff are looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer to join their busy property team. The department manage volume remortgage and ancillary property services for major UK lenders.

The main purpose of the role is to manage a complex residential conveyancing caseload to include; staircasing, complex titles, leases and supporting the remortgage function.

The ideal candidate will be a Conveyancer who as proven experience in dealing with complex titles.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading property departments in South Wales. The firm offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package. The salary advertised is a guide only and is dependent in experience.
