Due to continued growth in its business BLM is looking to attract a Solicitor to handle a caseload consisting primarily of personal injury claims with scope to assist on complex professional indemnity claims. The role also involves preparing reports to Insurers with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and succinctly and keeping Insurers and their Insureds fully informed on the progress of their case.

We are keen to speak to solicitors with experience in insurance litigation who enjoys working as part of a team to work through complex issues and devise cost effective claims resolution strategies. The ability to explain complex issues clearly and succinctly is a key element to the role and so excellent communication skills are essential.

BLM opened its Dublin office in 2012 and it has been expanding rapidly since then moving to new offices in Earlsfort Terrace in 2017. The Dublin office specialises in insurance, defending personal injury, healthcare and professional indemnity claims on behalf of a wide variety of Insurers and their policyholders.
