Fantastic opportunity for a paralegal to join a Legal 200 law firm in Southampton.

This well-established firm is now seeking a paralegal to provide high levels of administrative support to their extremely skilled and talented team of lawyers. Facilitating real estate, the successful paralegal will undertake research, report writing and drafting documentation within the land development department.         

  • Supporting fee earners
  • Dealing with initial enquiries
  • Advising clients
  • Attending meetings
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Producing correspondence
  • Conducting legal research
  • Answering the telephone
  • Diary management
  • Organising client-related activities
  • Typing and general office duties
  • Business development and marketing 
The Candidate
  • Legal secretary or paralegal with at least one years’ experience in conveyancing
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent client care
  • Highly organised
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Personable, professional and detail orientated
  • Actively participates in business development, networking and marketing activities
