An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer- In-House to join the In-house team of a growing and successful In-House Property business, based in London.
The role would be ideal for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 3 years' experience working in Residential property. The business is offering high quality work and the opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced team, in addition to a competitive salary and benefits package.
This successful Residential Conveyancer will work closely with the In-house legal team in supporting the business on all Legal matters relating to a residential property portfolio and managing a small Legal team.
You should expect to be involved in an interesting mix of work and have regular contact with a variety of departments across the business including senior stakeholders.
There is a large amount of managerial duties required within this role, including liasing with senior stakeholders, appraisals so management experience is essential for this role.
