The role

The firm is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Immigration Lawyer into their thriving and growing Bristol office.

You will work directly alongside the Partner on very high-quality work. This department is still relatively small compared to that of other departments but has grown significantly in recent years. You will supervise and mentor junior members of the team. You will also manage client relationships; you will be at the forefront of this team as they plan for excellent growth, working closely with the Corporate department.

You will deal with a broad range of work which will include; Tier 1 entrepreneur visa, Sponsor licence tier 2 applications, Tier 2 compliance, Advising businesses from SME to FTSE 250, Acting for Tier 1 "high-value migrants", Leave to remain, Extensions to work permits and leave to remain.

This role comes with good prospects for the short term, including Partnership. You will lead and mentor the team and be given the skills to get you on track to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Lawyer with at least eight years + PQE
• You will be based in the Bristol
• You should be an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
• The firm is open minded regarding the type of firm you may have worked at
• Salary is dependent on your level of experience and background, although, above market rate, you will also receive a truly excellent benefits package.
