An opportunity to join a leading and award winning Legal 500 highly rated private client team in their Central London Office
The role is for an experienced solicitor with around 3 yrs + PQE or more. You will deal with a broad base of work and experience of at least 5 years PQE; Particular interest and experience of HNW IHT planning, taxation of trusts and individuals; Experience of contentious and non-contentious probate; Experience of LPAs and Court of Protection work; Experience obtained in a similar role essential; Good drafting skills; Efficient and well organised, with meticulous attention to detail; Adaptable and flexible with ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team; Ability to prioritise heavy workload within tight time constraints under pressure; Excellent IT skills particularly with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook ;Ability to communicate well orally and in writing, including dealing directly with clients and beneficiaries as required.
