An unmissable new opportunity has just become available for a Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years experience to join a dynamic and growing practice based near Wilmslow. The firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer or Legal Executive who can manage their own caseload and who can hit the ground running. The role will also be to head up the team so it is a great opportunity to really drive the department forward.

The Residential Conveyancer position requires an individual with the ability to handle a variety of different tasks ranging from working with a thriving property team, business development and running a residential caseload from instruction to completion. It is a traditional residential conveyancing outfit. What is really important to them is attention to detail and ability to spot potential red flags and avoid potential risks in files.
