A Childcare paralegal is required to join a busy and supportive local authority near Kent. My client is looking for a Childcare paralegal to join them on a 3 month basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates coming from Private Practice looking to gain experience in the Public Sector with a supportive team to learn from.
As a Childcare paralegal you will support two solicitors with Childcare Pre-Proceeding cases. Other duties will include:
Key responsibilities and cases will include:
- Attending Pre-Proceeding meetings
- Reviewing documents
- Handling client inquiries and duty matters
- Instructing Counsel
- Managing diaries
- Assisting the Principal solicitor, Solicitor and Advocate with additional cases
Required skills and experience of the Childcare Paralegal:
- Proven experience working as a paralegal supporting solicitors
- Experience supporting a solicitor in either Childcare or Family Law
