An opportunity has arisen with our well established Law firm based in London. Our client is looking for a highly experienced Family Law Solicitor to cover maternity leave on a 9 month fixed term contract starting in May.
The ideal Family Solicitor will hold a practice certificate with a high level of experience within Family Law. You will be working with the head of the family department as well as a Paralegal.
The main duties will include:
* Manage a mixed caseload of high net worth divorce often with international elements, pensions and corporate structures, Children Act Proceedings (including relocation-both international and locally and child agreements orders)
* Building relationships with clients
* Demonstrate commercial awareness
* Work to sufficient deadlines
