Our client is a well-established firm based in the centre of Warrington and they are looking a highly driven individual to drive a team of Legal Assistants within the Property Department.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who has extensive experience within Conveyancing. It would suite either a Fee Earner or an experienced Legal Assistant to take a step up in responsibilities and use their expertise to drive a small team of Legal Assistants.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate and driven with at least 3 years PQE. A proven track record of managing a successful team would be preferred but is not essential.

Main duties would include;

- Driving targets and KPI's
- Managing a small team
- Assisting team with volume work and queries on technical cases
- Holiday approvals, recruitment and training
