This Legal 500 & Top 200 Firm with offices throughout the North West are keen to recruit an experienced Paralegal or Fee Earner into their Plot Sales team in Liverpool.

The practice is especially proud of its reputation of having an open and collaborative culture throughout all levels of the organisation and it always operates a meritocratic structure.

The Real Estate Team has an envied client base and is regularly instructed by leading national and international Plc's, property developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector bodies.

Working closely with senior members of the team, you will have a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with plot sales and part exchanges on behalf of PLC. developers. You will deal with all aspects of plot sales work, manage files from inception through to completion and also undertake post completion work, ensuring that you remain closely engaged with clients throughout the entire process.

You will need to have plot sales experience within the residential and building sector. This firm pride themselves on communication and client management skills, so you must be able to cope with a demanding workload and be able to manage your own caseload as well as clients expectations.

Salary for this role will be based on experience level, however experienced Paralegals should expected to earn in excess of £25,000 with Fee Earners / Legal Executives easily exceeding £30,000. On top of your basic salary you will have a bonus scheme alongside a corporate benefits package with pension, healthcare, childcare, etc...
