Insolvency Disputes Lawyer

An award winning, leading regional firm in Hertfordshire are actively looking to recruit an experienced Disputes lawyer with experience of handling contentious insolvency matters.

The firm have an friendly, professional culture and this role will join a already busy and successful team that works closely with the Corporate and Disputes teams within the firm. This role will handle an active case-load of your own files, working directly with clients that can include trade creditors, asset based lenders, directors and businesses in financial distress. This role will handle a varied and challenging caseload that may include:

A mix of pre and post formal insolvency work including but not limited to advising creditors, bankruptcy and winding up petitions, administration applications (creditor, company and secured lender), advisory work along side restructuring transactions, misfeasance claims, antecedent transactions claims, asset recovery claims, trusts disputes arising out of insolvency and director disqualification
