Job Details
Outstanding opportunity to work at this UK & International practice who are highly ranked across the Legal 500 and are a Top 25 UK firm. They are seeking an experience Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate with existing experience of managing a Defendant caseload.
You will be dealing with £multi-million matters and complex injury claims such as loss of limb, serious brain injury, spinal injuries and fatal accidents. Work will across a variety of sectors however will tend to focus on injuries arising from RTA & Employers Liability / Public Liability claims. This is a purely fee earning based role and you will be handling matters with values between £250,000 - £1,000,000+ and you will also be provided with Paralegal assistance. Your caseload will be fully litigated and will be only consist of Multi-Track & Catastrophic Injury claims.
The job title for this position will be Associate Solicitor / Lawyer, however there is a clear career progression structure in place and there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your role & career further once within the firm. There will also be the opportunity to work closely with a Partner and gain exposure to £multi-million complex matters.
Salary for this position will be based on PQE level however the expected salary will be between £35,000 - £50,000, plus a fantastic corporate benefits package.
