Group Legal Counsel - 3-6 PQE
£60,000 - £90,000 plus relocation allowance

A long-established, reputable European commercial farming company are looking for a group legal counsel to join them, initially on a fixed term contract for two years with the view to turn permanent. This role would be ideal for a solicitor with between 3 and 6 years PQE who would enjoy working on diverse areas of law.
This group legal counsel role will see you:
- Provide advice on corporate governance, M&A, corporate finance and shareholder agreements
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts including NDA's, logistic contracts, financing agreements
- Work with a high degree of autonomy with the use of external lawyers where required
You will join a friendly, sizeable group of experts who will support you throughout this role. You will also benefit from working in a lovely office in the heart of the financial district of Berlin.
