An excellent opportunity to work with some of the UK's largest house builders as part of a highly rated Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern top 100 legal firm based in the Southampton area with offices across the The South. The firm possess a very established Real Estate team that deal with a broad remit of legal matters within the property sector. This particular role forms part of the the specialist Land Development team. The team advise a prestigious list of UK clients including some of the largest UK house builders, regional developers, land developers and affordable housing providers. The team is lead by an exceptional Partner with decades of experience to their name.

As a fee earning Paralegal you will be involved in progressing some of the more straightforward matters as well as supporting senior fee-earners on what are often very complex and challenging matters providing great exposure and further professional development through involvement in such work. Naturally you will be a very organised individual with great attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines and turnaround work in an efficient manner, maintaining good communications with colleagues and clients alike. Provision of a high level of administrative services to the team will also be required including, undertaking research, report writing and drafting documentation.

The role will provide you with a a great deal of challenge and variety of work. The firm are on an upward growth path both through acquisition and organic growth within specialist areas. The Real Estate team are one of the leading teams at the firm evidenced through awards and accolades in recent times.
