Job Details
You will be joining the highly regarded corporate team who advise a diverse range of clients, from start up businesses to major listed companies on a broad range of corporate matters.
To be successful for this role you will have experience of corporate matters during training and 12 months post admission. You will be exposed to a high level of responsibility and direct client contact.
As a corporate asssociate solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, mergers and reorganisations, equity capital markets, private equity and venture capital and joint ventures.
