The Role

Due to an unexpected temporary absence, the firm are looking for a Legal Secretary with competent audio typing skills to start immediately. Responsibilities will include audio transcription, maintenance of an accurate case management database and up-to-date paper correspondence files, opening files, preparing paper correspondence files and drafting letters to clients for fee earner approval as well as general Administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Previous legal secretarial experience, ideally from within Employment, Company/Commercial or Litigation
• Fast and accurate typing
• Good IT skills
• You should have accurate and have close attention to detail
• Work well in a team
• Be self-motivated with a natural sense of urgency
