Housing Lawyer required to join a great local authority based in East London on an initial contract basis.
The successful Housing Litigation Lawyer will undertake an extensive caseload of housing law, general civil litigation and employment law matters, particularly relating to the management of:
- Secure council tenancies
- Leasehold tenancies
- Business tenancies
About the candidate
As a Housing Lawyer, it is vital that you have previous experience of managing a substantial mixed caseload covering the above areas of law. Experience of conducting advocacy in the County Court is also a key requirement for this post. Candidates with both housing and employment experience are highly desirable and are encouraged to apply.
