Senior Legal Counsel

We are working in partnership with a fast growing Telecommunications company in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel.

You will work closely with the GC predominantly focussing on commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities;

• The “go to” lead for drafting, negotiating and finalising key sophisticated tech and other complex commercial contracts.  Contracts to include; SaaS, technology, general software and cloud agreements.
• Provide legal support and commercial and legal advice across all departments; commercial, corporate, technical, operational, IT and regulatory.
• Identify and asses risk and advise the business accordingly.

Skills Required;

• Solid commercial contracts experience ideally within a software and tech/telco environment.
• Experience working within a global environment.
• In-house experience a MUST.
• German language advantageous.
