Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A leading Hertfordshire practice is eager to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE to work in their South Hertfordshire office.
This dynamic and progressive firm have been in operation for just over fifty years in the Home Counties where they have specialists operating in all major practices across both private and commercial law.
It is essential that the candidate is experienced in dealing with commercial contract disputes, director/shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, all types of property disputes, trust disputes, contentious probate and disputes between family members.
The firm are seeking applications from Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a leading Regional/Legal 500 practice.
The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package and the opportunity to participate in several social outings organised by the firm. The practice provides a supportive and collaborative environment and every 3 months the management team host a lunch to update all members of staff as to the workings of the firm and to welcome suggestions as to how the firm can improve, so this is a practice that is very much aware of the importance of employee engagement.
