Job Details
Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor
Harrow, Middlesex
A rich heritage spanning 50+ years, they have a very loyal client base and over the last 18 months have gone through a large period of growth. The firm offer good Partnership prospects and this role has the very real prospect of Partnership within a year, or potentially less for the right candidate if this is a route you wish to go down. The firm offer a good work-life balance and have attracted candidates out of the West End who still want a good quality of work but with a bit more flexibility. They pride themselves on the high levels of client service and you will get the opportunity and autonomy to go out and meet with clients.
This role is to replace a senior lawyer who is due to retire within the next 6 months who has been at the firm for double-digit years. You will handle a high quality, mixed caseload of Commercial Property which includes; Commercial leases, Landlord & tenant, Acquisitions and Disposals and HNW Residential Property. The caseload is currently 70% Commercial and 30% Residential although does tend to fluctuate between the two. There is a full caseload of quality work, the firm do not try to compete on price but believe in offering a good service and charging well for it. The firm have a solid client base and good reputation in the local area. The firm offer a really happy and flexible working environment which has allowed them to get the best staff retention rate I have come across.
You will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with both Commercial and Residential Property. If you are strong in one side or another I would still urge you to apply. You will be a personable individual with good team skills. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, in addition you will receive a good benefits package.
The role will be based close to Harrow, Middlesex. Apply now or feel free to give Claire at QED Legal a call for a confidential conversation!

It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
