The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Paralegal in Salisbury, Witshire.

You will join a bustling private client team providing paralegal support to two experienced Private Client Solicitors; ensuring that a high standard of client care is provided with an efficient approach to progressing matters in the department. The firm is keen to provide on the job training and allow time for learning and study as required.
You will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with enquiries for the whole private client department;
  • Preparing client care packs, and setting up new files;
  • Attending and assisting in initial and subsequent client meetings, mediations and court hearings;
  • Taking client instructions;
  • Drafting a variety of letters and other relevant legal documents
  • Performing general administrative tasks
