Your new role
As an experienced Commercial Lawyer in the Bristol or Exeter office you will undertake a wide Commercial case load including, due diligence on contractual arrangements, supporting in-house teams with a broad range of queries which land on an in-house lawyer's desk and IP licensing matters to maximise the clients' brand whist maintaining appropriate protections. The client base that you will work with includes household names from the retail sector and clients from media, technology and finance service sectors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Commercial Lawyer that is enthusiastic and keen to explore a wide range of commercial work with autonomy and significant direct client contact. You will also demonstrate excellent communication skills together with a genuine desire and interest in building long term client relationships.
