The Role

The firm are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their idyllic office based in Farnham, Surrey

The firm deal with a broad range of property matters. You will deal with your own conveyancing caseload, this will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and lease extensions. Whilst you will be expected to have the experience to work autonomously, you will be working alongside approachable and knowledgeable colleagues.

Requirements…

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own caseload
• You will have excellent IT skills
