Sitting within the real estate department, you will get exposure to a range of commercial clients across the leisure, development, health and retail sectors.

The team also deal with large property portfolios for London investors and have been part of a £100million regeneration scheme.

You will enjoy a caseload of re-mortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases for freehold/leasehold.

To be considered for the role, you should have at least 4 years PQE in conveyancing and the ability to hit the ground running.
