You will handle a caseload of freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, new builds, right to buy, shared ownership, plot sales and many more!

This firm, with 3 offices throughout South London, are ranked in the Legal 500 and chambers. This full multi-service practice has grown in recent times and now stand at 50 specialist lawyers dealing with a range of Private and Commercial clientele.

The Role

Because the firm is expanding, they are seeking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor (1 Years+ PQE) into their Sevenoaks, Kent office.

The Conveyancing department is the largest department firm-wide. They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development, subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships. This approach allows them to continue to grow and has won them several industry awards.

The Residential Property team deal with buying and selling the property, re-mortgaging, new build properties, affordable housing, shared ownership, bridging loans, and many more areas.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Residential Property Solicitor with at least 1 years+ PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)
• Have a strong billings history
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
