In-House Legal Counsel - Real Estate

Douglas Scott are currently assisting an established Property Development business based in South Yorkshire.

Applications are invited from qualified UK Solicitors with experience of all Commercial Property work, in particular all aspects of development work (although not essential). The successful candidate can expect to act on all transactional matters with the support of another In-House Solicitor, providing sound Legal advice and ensuring day to day matters are completed satisfactorily. In addition to the core Real Estate work, you will also have the opportunity to act on internal projects with stakeholders from the wider business, where you will have the opportunity to provide strategic input on a number of matters.

Ideally you will have 4 years PQE and currently be acting In-House in a Commercial Property focussed role, or in Practice as part of a recognised Real Estate team. For Real Estate Solicitors looking to expand their skillset and obtain more responsibility in a In-House setting, this is an excellent opportunity.
