The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join their expanding team in Southampton.

You will lead be responsible for working closely with the specialist Partners on a varied client base where you will be encouraged to lead cases. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department, who are rapidly expanding due to ongoing success.

This position has been created through further growth; where you will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes the best-known Developers and well-known household brands, throughout East Anglia and London. Solicitors will be trained up and once confident, responsible for running their own manageable caseloads with a real focus on quality, where you will be given a high level of autonomy with support and guidance from a team of industry leading Partners.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Associate or Senior Associate with 2 - 5 years PQE
• (There is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Experience from a strong regional firm
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
