In House Employment Solicitor
Working nationally with some of the best well known household clients you will be working on a respondent caseload of both contentious and non contentious matters including but not limited to TUPE/Redundancy/Discrimination/Unfair Dismissal, undertake drafting disciplinary invites/outcome letters, grievance invites/outcome letters, Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks. In addition to this, you will assist in conducting Tribunal Litigation. Salary given as a guide only will be dependant on experience to date.
