Childcare Lawyer

Due to a continued increase in instructions, our client is seeking to appoint a childcare law specialist to join its offices in Devon. Working as part of one of the most experienced Childcare Law divisions across Somerset and Devon, you will be overseeing the entire process of each case, from pre-proceedings through to final hearing. Your own caseload will consist of care proceeding cases, acting on behalf of parents, grandparents and guardians.

Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with excellent technical expertise across childcare law and strong advocacy skills. Children Panel membership is desirable.
